• Research and integration of health care and nursing literature, guidelines, standards, and regulations as related to the health care facts and issues of a case or claim

• Review, analysis and summarization of medical records, other pertinent health care and legal documents providing comparison and correlation of the documentation to the case

•  Assessment of issues of damages and causation relative to liability with the legal  process

• Identification, location evaluation and communication with expert witnesses

• Interviews of witnesses and parties pertinent to the health care issues in collaboration with client 

• Drafting of legal documents in medically related cases in collaboration with the client

• Development of collaborative case strategies with the client

• Provision of support during discovery, depositions, trial, and other legal proceedings 

Services begin at $50.00 (subject to change without contract) an hour.
